Even though the character of Xander Cage was supposedly killed while in the sequel to clarify his absence, Vin Diesel announced in 2006 that he would be returning as Xander Cage inside of a sequel, entitled xXx: The Return of Xander Cage,[thirteen] with the character's Demise remaining retconned for that film. Initially, not merely Diesel was set t
